The bike was delivered quickly. There was an initial issue with the derailleur during transport, but Freebike compensated. Truly honest people who respond quickly and keep their word. I definitely recommend them!

						Francesco is absolutely amazing. He is very attentive and his level of service is excellent. I rented a Factor road bike for cycling to Campo Imperatore and Blockhaus. He asked which route up Blockhaus and when I told him the route, he swapped out the 30-tooth cassette with a 34-tooth in 5 minutes to make it easier (though there was nothing easy about that climb!). His repair shop is also quick and professional. Highly recommended.
