						I bought a Trek MTB at a significant discount and was worried it wouldn't be genuine. After a WhatsApp message, the owner of freebike confirmed the discount was valid. The bike was delivered quickly. There was an initial issue with the derailleur during transport, but Freebike compensated. Truly honest people who respond quickly and keep their word. I definitely recommend them!

						Francesco is absolutely amazing. He is very attentive and his level of service is excellent. I rented a Factor road bike for cycling to Campo Imperatore and Blockhaus. He asked which route up Blockhaus and when I told him the route, he swapped out the 30-tooth cassette with a 34-tooth in 5 minutes to make it easier (though there was nothing easy about that climb!). His repair shop is also quick and professional. Highly recommended.

He asked which route up Blockhaus and when I told him the route, he swapped out the 30-tooth cassette with a 34-tooth in 5 minutes to make it easier (though there was nothing easy about that climb!). His repair shop is also quick and professional. Highly recommended.
