Assos MILLE GT S11 EVO Almond Milk Men’s Winter Jacket

The previous GT Winter Jacket was already a virtually perfect garment, but in winter cycling, it’s the details that make all the difference. For this reason, the design has been further refined to create the new S11 EVO generation.

The GT Winter Jacket S11 EVO features an updated fit, offering greater versatility in upright positions and feeling less restrictive around the chest and shoulders. The new RX thermal fabric inserts, positioned along the side panels, under the arms and around the neck, increase breathability and help maintain a dry microclimate – essential during long winter rides.

Among the technologies retained is AIRBLOCK-EVO.916, a breathable, storm-resistant softshell that protects the front of the body from wind, rain and freezing air. The sleeves are made from AIRBLOCK-EVO.888, a highly elastic fabric. The rear panel in RX EVO Plus, characterised by high thermal insulation, offers a thermoregulating and water-repellent surface, protecting the back and pockets from precipitation and road spray.

Featured fabrics:

• AIRBLOCK-EVO.916 is the warmest fabric in the advanced AIRBLOCK range. This softshell combines effective storm protection with greater breathability and a more elastic, supple fit than the previous model.
• The sleeves utilise AIRBLOCK-EVO.888, a technology derived from the Racing Series, which is windproof and waterproof, characterised by high breathability and elasticity.
• The rear panel in RX EVO Plus provides thermal insulation and water repellency, enhancing breathability without compromising protection.
• Lighter inserts made from RX thermal fabric further enhance breathability on the inner arms, hips and neck area.

Construction and fit:

The tapered regularFit cut and anatomical shaping reduce the number of seams, minimising chafing and ensuring optimal comfort. The design also makes it easy to layer with other garments.

Technologies:

• Raw Cut: a finish inspired by the world of racing, designed to minimise bulk and fit perfectly under gloves, thermal mid-layers and outer jackets.
• Reflective Detailing: the stripes on the pockets and reflective logos enhance visibility in low-light conditions and on overcast days, situations where protection from the elements becomes particularly important.
• Triple Ramp Pockets: flexible fabric panels integrated into the pockets, designed to secure and stabilise their contents, protecting them from rain and road spray.
