Really great serve

This is a great bike shop. We are cycling in Italy and needed to replace a broken kickstand. As we are staying in Pescara and they are listed as a local Trek dealer we rode out to the store. We were greeted just as we were getting off of our bikes and my new kickstand was on the bike within 10 minutes. I highly recommend the store. It's worth a visit just to see the road bike inventory that they carry. I recommended them to a local gentleman who asked where he could bike bikes like ours, Trek Powerfly FS4, in Pescara. Thanks for the great service

I ordered online. Immediately after my purchase, I got personal contact clarifying some details. Great service, fast delivery.

I never ended up buying as I live in another country and found a bike closer to home. They provide shipping. Throughout the process they were very helpful and provided all the necessary measurements according to my bike-fit before the potential deal. I am convinced I will be buying from here another time.

Hi from this website in Italy free Bike i bought 2 bicycles one in march and another in September, very happy best price you can find online. Shipping to Ireland in 1week or less and only 50€ .You can communicate texting on Whatsapp from shop website, reply straight away and answer all questions and explain, nicest people to deal. Excellent Service and Communication – Highly Recommended! I recently purchased a bike from Federico and the team at Free Bike Chieti Scalo, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I needed a few specific modifications to the bike's standard specification. The guys were incredibly accommodating, discussing all the details and options with me patiently over WhatsApp. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, sending photos and videos of the bike as they were building it, which was a fantastic touch. Shipping a bike internationally can always be a bit nerve-wracking, but their packaging job was flawless. The bike made the journey from Italy to Ireland perfectly and arrived in just a few days. What impressed me even further was their follow-up—they tracked the package and reached out the moment it arrived to ensure everything was received in perfect condition. Free Bike Chieti Scalo doesn't just offer great value; they deliver an amazing level of customer service that goes above and beyond. Federico and the team are excellent at what they do. If you are looking for a top-tier bike shop, look no further!
