- The garment was made using bonding processes, a technique that reduces the number of seams, thus minimising air resistance, decreasing overall weight, and improving comfort by eliminating friction points.
- Textured fabrics were used on the sleeves and back, selected for their ability to disperse airflow and improve aerodynamic behaviour on the move. The seamless, ergonomic sleeves ensure a precise fit to the shape of the arm, while their extended length helps to further reduce wind resistance.
- The fully visible zip is precisely integrated into the design to maintain functionality without compromising performance.
- At the back, there are three corner pockets with heat-sealed hems, which remain stable even under maximum load.
- The shorts feature a minimalist, wrap-around cut, designed to offer advanced comfort while pedalling. The almost total elimination of seams, together with the use of a double-knit polyamide fabric, guarantees exceptional adaptability to the cyclist’s anatomy, avoiding parasitic movements that could interfere with pedalling efficiency.
- The fabric used is distinguished by its high elasticity and breathability, while the high polyamide content ensures quick drying and a soft and pleasant feel on the skin, even during prolonged rides.
- For contact with the saddle, high-performance pads from Italian specialist Elastic Interface®, a benchmark for long-distance rides, have been incorporated. These pads use foams of different densities with elastic memory, which offer great resilience. The anatomical central channel promotes blood flow and reduces pressure in sensitive areas, while the fabric with graphene yarns helps control moisture and prevent bacterial growth.
- The thigh adjustment is made with a clean, raw-cut finish, with no need for seams or internal silicone applications. Thanks to the precision of the cut and the high elasticity of the fabric, a firm and stable hold is guaranteed while pedalling, eliminating any risk of excessive compression, marks on the skin or friction discomfort.
