The Heart of the Shop
A lifelong cycling enthusiast, Francesco founded Freebike in 1997. He personally manages supplier relations, coordinates the workshop, and handles in-store sales with passion and dedication every day.
Antonella
Administration
Antonella joined Freebike in 2015 and plays a key role in managing accounting and overall administration. Her precision and behind-the-scenes work keep everything running smoothly.
Angelo
Road Bike Specialist
A former road cyclist with a deep love for mechanics, Angelo takes care of all road bike services and first builds. He stays up to date through official training with Shimano, Sram, and other top technical brands.
Loris
The MTB Technician
A true mountain bike expert, Loris handles forks, suspensions, and all things off-road. His hands-on passion for “fat tires” has earned him a unique role in the Freebike workshop.
Alessia
International Support
Thanks to her language skills, Alessia manages international orders and customer support outside Italy. A university student with a strong drive, she plays a growing role in Freebike’s online expansion.
Federico
Sales & Logistics
Federico is passionate about all things cycling – road, MTB, E-Bike, gravel, and more. He works in both in-store and online sales, and coordinates shipments. He regularly trains with top E-Bike brands like Bosch, Shimano, TQ, and Fazua. His motto: "Anything done well can be done better."
